Caragum International® is a French company specialized in the formulation, production and sales of food stabilizer systems. We are present on the five continents through 28 distributors.

CARAGUM ® is now an important player in the market of GEWR BG CG389 (E445) and GEGR CG116. Over time, our know-how has allowed us to specialized in stabilizers for beverages, aromatic emulsions, sauces, dairy but also for pastry & bakery. Moreover, we have also developed several premixes allowing the elaboration of cheese analogues.

Caragum International® has launched its cosmetic division in 2019 with POLYNAT®T11, a 100% plant-based mixed gum composed of a water-soluble fraction (tragacanthin) and an insoluble fraction (bassorin).

This unique and innovative mixed conformation gives it texturizing, co-emulsifying and stabilizing properties, which acts in synergy to perfectly stabilize a multitude of galenics. Certified COSMOS, this ingredient will allows formulators to meet the aspirations of consumers who want more naturalness in products and reduced INCI lists.

In 2022, the company will move into a new headquarters to tripling its storage surface as well as its R&D laboratory, all in a more ecological building.
